Con base en las diversas teorías del poder busqué comprender la capacidad de resistencia y emancipación que subyace en el quehacer textil. Ubiqué el poder en la colectividad que surge en los espacios de encuentro y construcción alrededor de estos oficios en el contexto del Paro Nacional colombiano de 2021. Realicé un estudio sobre casos y espacios colectivos de enseñanza e intervención textil para mostrar la forma en que estos espacios brindan una nueva forma de entender y valorar el poder.
From various theories of power, I set myself the objective to understand the capacity of resistance and emancipation of textile work, locating power in the collectivity that arises in the spaces of encounter and construction around these crafts in the context of the Colombian National Strike of 2021. From this, I approached the study and reference of cases and collective spaces of textile learning and intervention that could be analyzed from the chosen theories of power showing, as a result, the way in which these spaces provide a new way of understanding and valuing power.
