El Discurso del Poder en Venezuela está siendo reconstruido a partir de una matriz cuya característica esencial es la ruptura con las estructuras simbólicas que dominaron la vida política en los últimos 40 años. Hasta estos momentos, asistimos no sólo a la inauguración de una estructura de poder adecuada a los preceptos emitidos desde el MVR, si no que estamos en presencia de un proceso de emergencia de actores políticos que inauguran prácticas sociales y políticas distintas a las vividas hasta la actualidad.
