Este artículo aborda el tráfico de armas en Colombia en tres componentes: los orígenes, las rutas y los destinos. En los orígenes del tráfico se consideran las regiones de donde pueden provenir las armas y los contextos que permiten la existencia de un stock de éstas, que forman parte del mercado ilegal. En segundo lugar se describen las posibles rutas utilizadas por los traficantes y, por último, se identifican los destinos de las armas del tráfico ilegal.
This paper reviews the arms trafficking in Colombia taking into account three components. The first one, the origin of the traffic, where the arms come from, and the context that allows the existence of a stock of the black market of arms. The second one describes the possible routes used by the traffickers. To finalize, this paper identifies the destination of the arms smuggling in Colombia.
