dc.descriptionEn este artículo de investigación, intentamos reconstruir algunos aspectos centrales del campo de la Administración y las Políticas Públicas en la Argentina con una perspectiva histórica centrada en el desarrollo de sus instituciones de enseñanza superior. Esta es la razón por la cual señalamos las diferentes etapas históricas y la concepción que se ha tenido sobre los temas y problemas que se fueron desarrollando. Se hace mención a los representantes más destacados que ha tenido en país indagando de manera crítica sobre los complejos procesos de construcción del prestigio. Es así como los actores, las instituciones, la producción más destacada y la construcción de redes dan cuenta de un entramado de relaciones sociales que constituyen a una comunidad científica. In this paper we attempt to reconstruct some central aspects of the field of administration and public policies in Argentina with a historical perspective focused on the development of its institutions of higher education. This is the reason why we point out the different historical stages and the conception of the issues and problems that have been developed. Mention is made of the most outstanding representatives that the country has had, inquiring critically about the complex processes of building prestige. Thus, the actors, the institutions, the most outstanding production and the construction of networks give an account of a network of social relations that constitute a scientific community.es_ES
