Este artículo contiene dos epígrafes, el primero se centra en la presencia en el momento actual de los partidos, mientras que el segundo aborda el cuestionamiento de su papel. Se trata de dos caras de la misma moneda que reflejan la variable dinámica que afecta a los partidos. Los partidos son un problema de la democracia pero sin partidos no hay democracia.
This article contains two headings. The first one focuses on the presence of political parties in the present context, while the second one challenges their role –two sides of the same coin reflecting the variable dynamics that affect political parties. Political parties are an issue of democracy; however, without them, there is no democracy.
