Es lugar común decir que el uso de las computadoras ha modificado la vida de las personas y, sobre todo, su manera de comunicarse entre sí. Sin embargo, pareciera que esto es apenas el comienzo de la gran revolución provocada por la utilización de las computadoras personales conectadas a través de Internet.
El espacio virtual ha modificado el modo de trabajar, de obtener información, de comunicarse y de establecer relaciones comerciales.
