Description
Ante el acto terrorista del 11 de Septiembre se produce un rechazo a escala mundial que se expresará en una resolución de condena de la ONU. Sin embargo, al margen de ésta, será una sola potencia la que asumirá, por sí y ante sí, la "lucha contra el terrorismo". Los sucesos demostrarán la carencia de una política de defensa a escala planetaria; política que se revela, con mayor urgencia, para América Latina por su condición geográfica y cesión de protagonismo a favor de Estados Unidos.
