| dc.description | El estudio presente, trata de la transición productiva en Azcapotzalco, para explicar la conformación del Ambiente Sociourbano de la Des-industrialización. El análisis parte desde la ubicación de la industria en México, seguida de la disminución de la actividad industrial, la relocalización fabril y la correspondiente modificación de los usos del suelo. La finalidad consiste en comprender ¿a qué se debe la morfología urbana de la des-industrialización en Azcapotzalco? Por lo tanto se establece que la des-industrialización de la metrópoli es un factor de ruptura entre el ser humano y la ciudad, la cual da inició al proceso de terciarización de la economía urbana, así como a la salvaguarda y aparición selectiva de determinados espacios públicos y a la desaparición de otros. Por lo tanto se estudia la formación de la Segmentación Industrial, la Restructuración territorial estratégica del capital y la Despolitización de las relaciones obrero-patrón. | es_EC |
| dc.description | The present research sets out the productive transition in Azcapotzalco to explain the conformation of the Socio-urban Environment of Unindustrialization. This analysis begins since the ubication of industries in México, continues with the come down of the industrial activity, the manufacturing relocalization and the correspondent modification of land uses. The purpose of this work consists in understand: What are the causes of the urban morphology of unindustrialization in Azcapotzalco? Therefore is established that the unindustrialization of the metropolis, is a breaking factor between the man and the city, which begins the process of economy of the urban service, as well as a safeguard and selective occurrence of certain public spaces and the disappearance of others. Therefore is studied the construction of the Industrial Segmentation, the Strategic territorial restructuration of the capital and the Depolitization of the relations worker-patron. | es_EC |
