Una democracia de calidad constituye un régimen ampliamente legitimado y estable con instituciones confiables, que además satisface completamente a sus ciudadanos. El presente artículo introduce las pautas para analizar la calidad de la democracia y proporciona un marco teórico propicio que incluye de manera detallada las dimensiones y sub-dimensiones de la democracia.
A quality democracy is a legitimate and stable regime with widely trusted institutions, which also fully satisfies its citizens. This article introduces the guidelines to analyze the quality of democracy and provides an appropriate theoretical framework that includes in detail the dimensions and sub-dimensions of democracy.
