dc.descriptionEn Brasil, el uso indebido de sustancias psicoactivas aún es preocupante, ya que el problema relacionado al su uso incluye desestructuración psicosocial del drogadicto. Deste punto, las Comunidades Terapéuticas – inseridas en la política nacional de drogas – ofrecen programas de rehabilitación y desempeñan papel fundamental en el proceso de reintegración de estes reeducandos. Así, se elaboró un trabajo basado en investigación cualitativa y acompañado de cuestionario aplicado a treinta y tres egresos de comunidades terapéuticas, con el objetivo de analizar la reinserción del egreso en las diferentes esferas de su vida (familia, mercado de trabajo, y comunidad). Al fin, se encontró que la reinserción en los núcleos sociales han ocurrido de forma mayoritaria, mostrando que el apoyo ofrecido por las Comunidades Terapéuticas (mientras y después de la admisión en el programa) fue esencial y indispensable.es_ES
dc.descriptionIn Brazil the misuse of psychoactive substances is a matter of concern, given that this problem is associated with the psychosocial disruption of the addict. Knowing that, therapeutic communities embedded in the national policy on drugs offers rehabilitation programs are important tools for reintegration of the graduates. This research was based on qualitative tools, with structured questionnaire, interviewed thirty three former residentes in order to analyze the reintegration in the family, into the labour market, and into society. The data obtained suggest that there is social reintegration, largely due to the support offered by therapeutic communities during and after the program, being that essential and indispensable.es_ES
