Los actores sociales debaten nuevos temas. La crisis ideológica y la falta de respuestas concretas y de ideas fuerza para los problemas cotidianos de la gente, incentivaron el inicio del estudio serio de la relación entre los medios de comunicación y la vida cotidiana. El investigador uruguayo Kintto Lucas propone un acercamiento al debate e indirectamente responde al artículo del estadounidense Anthony Wardlaw, publicado en el número 44 de Chasquí.
