El compromiso del nuevo cine latinoamericanoen la lucha por la liberación de los pueblos es el tema principal que aborda el director boliviano, producir más obras militantes y elevar el carácter político del cine es su planteamiento. Hace un llamadp a los cineastas del continente a realizar un trabajo coordinado con las organizaciones populares para que sea parte de la construcción de nuestra propia cultura.
