Description
En este artículo se expone el debate sobre la declinación del poder hegemónico de Estados Unidos en el orden mundial, asociado con la emergencia de un nuevo orden multipolar. Se lo relaciona con el debate sobre la vigencia de la división Norte-Sur tras el fin de la Guerra Fría, para reflexionar respecto a las complejidades que podría enfrentar América Latina en un nuevo orden multipolar. La metodología es el análisis histórico, basado en la revisión de fuentes primarias y secundarias.
This paper exposes the debate about the decline of the hegemonic power of the United States in the world order, associated with the emergence of a new multipolar order. It is related to the debate on the validity of the North-South division after the end of the Cold War, to make a reflection concerning the complexities that Latin America could face, in a new multipolar order. The methodology is the historical analysis based on a review of primary and secondary sources.
