En este artículo, nos proponemos reflexionar sobre los modos en que el Estado condiciona, produce o releva a los sujetos de la AF en Patagonia norte para realizar intervenciones en el mundo rural, prestando atención a los desplazamientos de sentido que se producen en este proceso. Para ello, indagamos en dos herramientas de planificación para la representación y diseño de los territorios: los censos agropecuarios y Ley Ovina.
In this article, we propose to reflect on the ways in which the State conditions, produces or relieves the subjects of the Family Farming in northern Patagonia to carry out interventions in the rural world, paying attention to the displacements of meaning that occur in this process. To achieve this, we investigate two planning tools for the representation and design of territories: agricultural censuses and the Sheep Law.
