Este artículo presenta la propuesta de un cuadro de mando como herramienta para utilizar en la planeación de los recursos humanos. En él se desarrollan las cuatros perspectivas clásicas del cuadro de mando integral adaptado a las peculiaridades de los procesos de gestión en los recursos humanos y las particularidades de las instalaciones turísticas.
In this work is carried out the proposal of a control square as tool to use in the planeation of the human resources, in the the cuatros classic perspectives of the square of control integral is developed adapted to the peculiarities of the process of the administration of the human resources and the particularities of the tourist facilities.
