El presente trabajo es un ensayo que tiene por objetivo analizar las consecuencias de la guerra entre la Federación de Rusia y la República de Ucrania en algunos tópicos de la economía y la defensa nacional argentina. A partir de la destrucción militar de infraestructura como medios de transporte y puertos en territorio en disputa, y el bloqueo económico a los rusos por parte de las potencias occidentales e importantes empresas, este trabajo de investigación indaga en cómo impactaría geopolíticamente el impulso de la valorización de las geografías ricas en recursos naturales estratégicos productores de alimentos como la República Argentina. La debilidad estructural de éste país sudamericano es consecuencia de políticas de reforma económica, apertura de mercados, desinversión industrial y en defensa. En tal sentido, se abordarán algunas de las lecturas de amenazas que podrían hacerse desde la política argentina, y qué curso de acción tomar.
The present work is an essay aiming to analyze the consequences of the war between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine in some topics of the Argentine National Defense. Based on the military destruction of infrastructure, such as transportation and ports in disputed territory, and the economic blockade of the Russians by Western powers and several important companies, this essay investigates how the valuation of natural resources would impact geopolitically in geographies that are rich in strategic natural resources, producers of food, such as the Argentine Republic. The structural weakness of this South American country is a consequence of economic reform policies, market opening, industrial and defense disinvestment. This essay will scrutinize some of the geopolitical readings of threats that could be made from Argentine politics, and what course of action to take.
