Este trabajo es parte de la investigación en curso sobre las transformaciones en el sistema judicial de la provincia de Córdoba (Argentina), con la introducción de la Ley 9.182 de juicio por jurados. Abordamos, con algunas herramientas del análisis del discurso, la construcción mediática de las voces autorizadas para determinar ‘quién’ es un actor legítimo para juzgar y con qué ‘mecanismo’ se garantizaría un veredicto ‘justo’ a partir de estrategias discursivas específicas, en el periódico La Voz del Interior durante 2004, año en que se sancionó dicha ley...
