Estamos tratando de hacer algo realmente único en su género. Esto es, establecer un sistema de intercambio televisivo, una red entre las islas caribeñas, especialmente con las holandesas e inglesas. Nuestro proyecto es muy específico, cuyos objetivos son la integración regional y la preservación de la identidad cultural. Yo creo que este trabajo puede ser un ejemplo idóneo para toda América Latina. Porque puedo hablar de las cosas que hemos hecho, organizar un intercambio y motivar a los grupos para que produzcan programas locales con limitaciones técnicas y presupuestarias muy grandes.
