Description
La investigación es un estudio sobre el proceso de transferencia tecnológica realizado por el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agro-pecuarias (INIAP) de Ecuador durante la modernización agraria. Este estudio abarca el periodo desde 1964 hasta el año 1994. El inicio corresponde a la primera Ley de Reforma Agraria impuesta por decreto por la Junta Militar, y el final a la Ley de Desarrollo Agropecuario (LDA), implementada por el gobierno del presidente Sixto Durán Ballén, un momento que puede considerarse como el final de un proceso que revertirá la reforma iniciada en 1964.
