Son muchas las radios comunitarias de alcance local
o regional que nacen cada nuevo día, en distintas organizaciones e instituciones, conelobjetivo central de la comunicación entre la gente. ¿Será el siglo XXI el siglo de las radios comunitarias? Por el número creciente de ellas, parecería que sí,' sin embargo, para esto hay al menos 4 desafíos que deben enfrentar.' la modernización en la tecnología, en la gestión, en su programación y en las leyes.
