En el cruce de los siglos XIX y XX la preparación de artesanos en oficios varios, acorde con los requerimientos de la época, evolucionó hacia la formación de obreros especializados y jefes de taller, y en el contexto de la Revolución Mexicana, y por decisión del constitucionalismo, mediante una reforma curricular, a formadora de ingenieros en las ramas de la mecánica y la electricidad. | es_EC |
