dc.description	El presente trabajo analiza la implementación de políticas sociales como parte del proceso de reconstrucción posterior a los incendios de interfase que afectaron al municipio de Lago Puelo, Provincia de Chubut, el 9 de marzo de 2021, los cuales destruyeron 12.959 hectáreas de bosque y 590 viviendas. A partir de fuentes primarias y secundarias se describen las principales políticas de asistencia inmediata, vivienda, restitución de los medios de vida y restitución de los servicios públicos, entre otras, desplegadas en los territorios afectados y, con la ayuda de las herramientas conceptuales desarrolladas por la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres y las Relaciones Intergubernamentales, se analiza el rol de los diferentes actores estatales en este proceso, así como los mecanismos de coordinación desarrollados entre los distintos niveles y jurisdicciones, los principales nudos críticos encontrados a lo largo del proceso y algunos aprendizajes. A modo de conclusión, se resumen los hallazgos desarrollados a lo largo de la tesis respecto de las políticas públicas, la institucionalidad, la coordinación entre actores y la asignación de recursos.	es_ES
dc.description	This thesis analyses the implementation of social policy as part of the reconstruction process which took place after interface fires which affected the district of Lago Puelo, Chubut Province, on 9th March 2021, which destroyed 12,959 hectares of forests and 590 houses. Through primary and secondary sources, we describe the main policies related to immediate assistance, housing, recovery of livelihoods and restoration of public services, among others, deployed in the affected areas and, using the analytic tools provided by theories of Disaster Risk Management and Intergovernmental Relations, we analyse the role played by the different state actors involved in this process, as well as the coordination mechanisms developed by the different government levels and jurisdictions, the main critical points found throughout the process and some learnings. By way of conclusion, we summarise the key findings developed throughout the thesis regarding public policy, institutions, coordination between actors and resource allocation.	es_ES
