Evaluar una telenovela pro-desarrollo como Hum Lag no fue tarea fácil debido a que prácticamente no existen esfuerzos de este tipo. El mayor escollo estuvo en la definición de los objetivos específicos de la investigación, la metodología y por supuesto el financiamiento. Pero todo fue superado y Hum Lag pudo ser evaluada. Chasqui
presenta este trabajo pionero que no pretende dar todas las respuestas en lo que a evaluaciones de telenovelas se refiere, pero al menos intenta mostrar un camino que futuros investigadores pueden aprovechar o desechar.
