Una línea transversal de la investigación es el proceso de Don Juan Nepomuceno del Refugio Fausto González Magallanes —tatarabuelo en esta línea genealógica— quien, por cuestiones geográficas y temporales fue parte de la primera sentencia exitosa de amparo en México efectuada el 13 de agosto de 1849 en el Estado de San Luis Potosí y la Rebelión de la Sierra Gorda entre los años de 1847 y 1849. This article is a fragment of the research on the González Moreno family. A transversality line of research is from Don Juan Nepomuceno del Refugio Fausto González Magallanes —great-greatgrandfather in the genealogical line— who, for geographical and temporal reasons, was part of the first successful amparo ruling in México carried out on August 13, 1849 in the State of San Luis Potosí and the Sierra Gorda Rebellion between the years of 1847 and 1849.
