Description
El descenso de la conflictividad social sigue la tendencia ya observada en períodos anteriores, particularmente en relación a la conflictividad indígena, aunque esta tendencia descendente es también visible en otros géneros de conflictos. La conflictividad social como forma de oposición política ha disminuido en el marco del proceso preelectoral.
