Asuntos relacionados con la administración temporal de esta iglesia matriz de Ambato, en la cual sirvo, me llevaron, hace algunos días, á la vecina ciudad de Riobamba. Hoy, de regreso ya, y antes de comenzar de nuevo las funciones de mi cargo, creo conveniente, como condición precisa para obtener la tranquilidad que ellas me exigen, dirigirme á US. H., enviándole este manifiesto, que al propio tiempo le llevará una vindicación y una protesta.
