| dc.description | De las 4939 organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG) registradas en 2020 en el Ecuador, menos de un tercio se encuentran en operación, un tercio han dejado de funcionar y otro tercio no dispone de información sobre su funcionamiento. Estas cifras reflejan la realidad agravada sobre el tercer sector en el Ecuador, objeto de análisis del presente artículo. Por un lado, la situación pone en evidencia las falencias del Estado para ofrecer respuesta a las necesidades de su población; por otro, da cuenta del llamado “oenegismo”, un fenómeno en el que se extiende el rol de las ONG de manera sobredimensionada. | es_ES |
