Las justicias comunitaria e indígena se enfrentan no sólo a la exclusión y el racismo de la justicia
de estado, sino también a los retos relacionados con las políticas del reconocimiento de la
diversidad. El artículo presenta dos casos de justicia indígena en México que permiten reconocer
los modos en que las demandas de género y de derechos humanos se enfrentan a ideologías
incrustadas en las prácticas de este tipo de justicia.
Community and indigenous forms of justice face not only racism and exclusion of state’s justice, but the challenges related with diversity acknowledge policies. The article presents two cases of indigenous justice in Mexico, which allow to examine the ways that gender and human rights demands clash with ideologies embeded in this kind of legal practices.
