Definido a grandes rasgos, el tema del presente artículo es la calidad de la democracia en Uruguay. El objetivo es realizar un balance de fortalezas y debilidades de la misma, inscribiendo el trabajo dentro de una de las áreas de mayor desarrollo, conceptual y metodológico, de la ciencia política comparada contemporánea.
Defined broadly, the subject of this chapter is quality of democracy in Uruguay. The aim is to compare the strengths and weaknesses Uruguayan democracy. The article is focusing on one of the areas of greatest development, conceptual and methodological, comparative politics of contemporary science.
