La responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) está siendo adoptada de diferentes formas por las empresas del país y se ha vuelto una exigencia del mercado. En el caso de la floricultura, las empresas buscan obtener certificados o sellos de cumplimiento ambiental, social y de seguridad. La RSE en América Latina enfatiza los aspectos: laboral, comunitario y medio ambiental, que son los aspectos que analiza el presente estudio.
