Los altos niveles de conflictividad registrados en enero y febrero del presente año (63.14%) que se generaron en un ambiente de fuerte tensión política y en el que desempeñaron un papel crucial las intensas movilizaciones indígenas desarrolladas en todo el país, junto a la represiva intervención estatal, aparecen como las causas de los coletazos conflictivos que se observan en el mes de marzo con una proporción de conflictividad del (29.01%) dentro del cuatrimestre a considerar en este análisis.
