Abstract
Description
The present work raises the need to change the traditional conception of “access to justice”, and how this conception must be incorporated in the processes of judicial reform. In this way this work proposes to identify which are the barriers that prevent the population to acceded to a mechanism that satisfies their juridical needs, which implies for recognizing the systems of alternative justice. Finally it think over about the agenda of hanging topics related with “communal justice”.
