Description
El sobre 7 contiene comunicaciones entre el gobierno central y la administración local. Además, recopila denuncias sobre la movilización forzosa de mano de obra indígena a Iquitos. Sin embargo, un aspecto central es el conjunto de leyes que rige la administración del Oriente, así como aquellas que organizan a los trabajadores de estas dependencias. Sobresalen los documentos de 1898, firmados por Eloy Alfaro, respecto a la defensa y el respeto al salario de la mano de obra indígena; así como las comunicaciones de 1925 que anuncian el fin del gobierno de Córdoba y el triunfo de la revolución de 1925.
