Se presenta un largo viaje teórico, metodológico e histórico que recorre varias áreas de conocimiento y 09 países del continente para comprender las posibilidades y mecanismos de incidencia de los movimientos sociales comunicativos en el cambio de las leyes de medios comunitarios en los gobiernos de izquierda de la primera década del siglo XXI, en América Latina. El estudio profundiza en la comparación de la acción en red de la Coalición para una Radiodifusión Democrática Argentina, de la Comisión Pro-Conferencia en Brasil y en las articulaciones de ANMCLA, en Venezuela. Se presentan los hallazgos de la agencia subalterna en un escenario de giras políticas y convergencia digital.
Macondo´s Ants: Anti-hegemony and Community Communication Policies in Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela. There is a long theoretical, methodological and historical journey behind this work, which views various domains and 9 Latin-American countries through a comparative lens to understand what political advocacy opportunities and mechanisms are available for social movements to change community communication and media laws in leftist governments in the first decade of the twenty-first century. The study delves into the comparison of the network activities of the Coalition for a Democratic Broadcasting Argentina, the Commission for the Conference in Brazil, and ANMCLA in Venezuela. This thesis presents findings related to anti-hegemonic agency in a scenario of political leftism and digital convergence.
