O estudo tem o objetivo de confrontar as diferentes ações de acessibilidade no país com os relatos identificados na literatura. A análise foi realizada sob a lente das práticas impostas pela Lei Brasileira de Inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência. Realizou-se uma meta-análise apoiada na combinação de técnicas de análise de conteúdo, análise léxica e de palavras-chave. As técnicas foram aplicadas aos objetivos de 154 publicações indexadas na base de dados da Web of Science desde 2002. A metodologia utilizou medidas de frequências estatísticas aplicadas a corpus textuais; Análises de Similitude com Nuvem de Palavras e Análise Fatorial de Correspondência. Como resultados foram descobertas cinco categorias temáticas emergidas da literatura avaliada. Três categorias foram relacionadas à acessibilidade na educação: duas associadas às barreiras arquitetônicas, de comunicações, atitudinais e tecnológicas existentes no ensino superior e uma categoria direcionada às barreiras sofridas pelas pessoas com deficiência visual na educação básica. As outras duas categorias foram: relacionadas à acessibilidade aos idosos e pessoas com deficiência física no atendimento aos serviços na área da saúde; e aos problemas de mobilidade urbana existentes nas ciudades.
The study aims to compare the different accessibility actions in the country with the reports identified in the literature. The analysis was carried out under the lens of the practices imposed by the Brazilian Law for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities. A meta-analysis was carried out based on the combination of content analysis techniques, lexical analysis and keywords. The techniques have been applied to the objectives of 154 publications indexed in the Web of Science database since 2002. The methodology used measures of statistical frequencies applied to textual corpus; Similitude Analysis with Word Cloud; and Factorial Correspondence Analysis. As a result, five thematic categories emerged from the evaluated literature were discovered. Three categories were related to accessibility in education: two associated with architectural, communications, attitudinal and technological barriers in higher education; and a category aimed at the barriers suffered by people with visual impairments in basic education. The other two categories were: related to accessibility to the elderly and people with physical disabilities in providing health services; and urban mobility problems in cities.
