Los acontecimientos sangrientos del 28 de noviembre, producidos en esta ciudad, nos han venido a demostrar, claramente, que el comunismo soviético ha llegado a penetrar, en fuerza de la gran táctica que aconsejan las oficinas centrales del komitrem que están en Moscú, en el Ecuador. "Le Temps" y "Le Martin" de París hacían notar, en meses pasados, que los hechos subversivos de México. Cuba, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Venezuela y del Brasil estaban demostrando, de un modo elocuente y definitivo, que hay una penetración comunista, de poderosa organización y altamente financiada, en la América Latina.
