Felicísimo López, es una de las presencias vitales de finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX, que al Ecuador le hace falta redescubrir. Liberal profundamente comprometido con los cambios de una época, escritor, investigador y defensor de los derechos civiles, planteó que la democracia es la forma moderna de gobierno que dará sentido y coherencia a las repúblicas de América.
Felicísimo López, is one of the vital presences of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, which Ecuador needs to rediscover. A liberal deeply committed to the changes of an era, writer, researcher and defender of civil rights, he proposed that democracy is the modern form of government that will give meaning and coherence to the republics of America.
