Los avances del sector tecnológico, gracias al chip, han revolucionado la comunicación entre los seres humanos y las nuevas tecnologías. Muchas de las ciencias formales y fácticas han confluido y han encontrado un territorio de intersección gracias al computador. El resultado de todo ello es la interacción persona computador u ordenador (según donde se encuentre el lector hispano parlante), lo que en inglés se conoce como human computer-interaction. Por consiguiente, utilizaremos indistintamente en el texto las siglas IPC, IPO o HCI. Sin embargo y al igual que el fatídico triángulo de las Bermudas en el mar Caribe, existen individuos con gran poder de decisión distribuidos a lo largo y ancho de la geografía española, para acabar con la buena voluntad de aquellas personas honradas pertenecientes al sector universitario y localizadas en ambas márgenes del Atlántico. En una serie de entregas iremos descubriendo y describiendo cada uno de esos tres vértices que tanto daño le hacen a un sector del conocimiento, que tiene grandes perspectivas de éxito si es conducido de manera honesta. Uno de los extremos de ese triángulo está localizado en la ciudad catalana de Lérida.
