Esta investigación es el resultado de un trabajo de campo realizado en tres de los siete Hogares de Protección Integral para Mujeres en Situación de Violencia (HPI) de la provincia de Entre Ríos, Argentina. Ese proceso surgió como una demanda sostenida por parte de los equipos de abordaje ante la presencia de problemáticas que generaban distintos niveles de conflictividad en el trabajo cotidiano, como problemas de comunicación, dificultades para el cumplimiento de directivas, confusión con respecto a
los roles y funciones y falta de límites en relación a estos, sobre-involucramiento de las facilitadoras en los casos, entre otros. Estos espacios de resguardo temporal para mujeres en situación de violencia
por motivos de género de tipo física en el ámbito doméstico con riesgo de vida (ley 26.485, 2009), son una respuesta por parte del Estado provincial para prevenir la expresión más grave de la violencia patriarcal, como es el femicidio. La problemática que abordan estos dispositivos, incluye distintos niveles de complejidad y por esto, resulta un desafío para las coordinaciones y sus equipos, sostener líneas de acción en un ámbito de disputa constante, sorteando las contradicciones que pueden darse en este
marco.
