Ecuador es uno de los países de la región de América Latina y el Caribe, que ha recibido más población migrante proveniente de Venezuela. La pandemia por COVID-19 ha potenciado la crisis económica en el país, representada por un alto nivel de desempleo y empleo informal, en un momento donde el gobierno actual ha identificado un importante déficit de viviendas. La presente investigación buscó comprender cómo son las condiciones de habitabilidad en las que residen las mujeres migrantes venezolanas en situación laboral de calle, en el contexto de la crisis económica ocasionada por la pandemia por COVID-19 durante los años 2020 y 2021, teniendo como hipótesis que dicha crisis económica provocó cambios en las condiciones de habitabilidad.
