Esta investigación analiza cómo se estructura el problema relativo al incremento del consumo de energía en el sector transporte de Honduras, y cuáles son los mecanismos de puesta en agenda que operan los organismos internacionales para posicionar a la electromovilidad como un problema público. Se emplean el marco analítico del diseño de políticas y la teoría de la transferencia de políticas como referentes teóricos para desarrollar la argumentación que responde a la pregunta: ¿Qué tipo de mecanismo de puesta en agenda se empleó para insertar a la electromovilidad en el diseño de la política energética de Honduras?
