Convoca a desarrollar un nuevo framing transdiciplinario en el que el cambio climático sea asumido como un reto civilizatorio del siglo XXI que exige ser abordado desde una visión integral que lo reconozca unificadamente como un problema de desarrollo, ético y de justicia, para impulsar contrarrestarlo desde el principio de la seguridad humana.
