Abstract
Description
Starting from the importance that the base ecclesial communities have had in Latin American social movements, and from the need to make the nexus that they establish between the cultural and the political complex, this research is located in La Argentina, southern Colombia, to analyze the relations between culture and politics promoted there by those communities. From a feminist and decolonial epistemology, a qualitative and field-type methodology was designed, which allowed: a. rebuild the historical memory of the CEBs of ACOSUR, privileging the voices of women; b. Analyze the cultural policy of disobedience and opposition and, finally, c. Analyze the political culture of the radical democratization of spirituality. The thesis is presented according to which the CEBs of ACOSUR throughout more than 39 years of history have managed to consolidate a cultural policy of disobedience and a democratizing political culture in southwestern Huila. This analysis seeks to complicate the construction of public policies considering the link between the cultural and the political established by social movements.
