dc.descriptionEl tema de esta investigación es la interinstitucionalidad en la educación marítima uruguaya. El problema se expresa en la siguiente pregunta: ¿cómo son las articulaciones interinstitucionales existentes entre la Escuela de Guerra Naval de la Armada Nacional y las Facultades de Ciencias, Ingeniería y Derecho de la Udelar con relación a la investigación de los océanos y sus recursos en Uruguay, a partir de la declaración del Decenio de las Ciencias Oceánicas? El objetivo general es analizar las articulaciones interinstitucionales existentes entre la Escuela de Guerra Naval de la Armada Nacional y las Facultades de Ciencias, Ingeniería y Derecho de la Udelar, con relación a la investigación de los océanos y sus recursos en Uruguay (2018-2024). Ese objetivo se desagrega en dos objetivos específicos: a) identificar los eventuales nodos de interinstitucionalidad entre la Escuela de Guerra Naval de la Armada Nacional y las Facultades de Ciencias, Ingeniería y Derecho de la Udelar con relación a la investigación de los océanos y sus recursos, entre 2018 y 2024 y b) analizar las formas de relacionamiento entre los centros educativos seleccionados, con relación a la investigación de los océanos y sus recursos, entre 2018 y 2024. El ejemplar elegido para esta investigación es el interpretativo, con un enfoque cualitativo y el estudio de caso como método de investigación. Los resultados de la investigación indican la presencia de nodos interinstitucionales, mecanismos de acción conjunta, diferencias de partida en las instituciones, limitaciones para investigar, y algunas cuestiones a ser pensadas a futuro.es_ES
dc.descriptionThe topic of this research is inter-institutionality in Uruguayan maritime education. The problem is expressed in the following question: what are the existing inter-institutional links between the Naval War College of the National Navy and the Faculties of Science, Engineering and Law of the Udelar in relation to the research of the oceans and their resources in Uruguay, based on the declaration of the Decade of Ocean Sciences? The general objective is to analyze the existing inter-institutional links between the Naval War College of the National Navy and the Faculties of Science, Engineering and Law of the Udelar, in relation to the research of the oceans and their resources in Uruguay (2018-2024). This objective is broken down into two specific objectives: a) to identify potential nodes of inter-institutionality between the Naval War College of the National Navy and the Faculties of Science, Engineering and Law of the Udelar in relation to research on oceans and their resources, between 2018 and 2024 and b) to analyze the forms of relationship between the selected educational centers, in relation to research on oceans and their resources, between 2018 and 2024. The chosen sample for this research is the interpretive one, with a qualitative approach and the case study as a research method. The results of the research indicate the presence of inter-institutional nodes, joint action mechanisms, initial differences in the institutions, limitations to research, and some issues to be thought about in the future.es_ES
