Este artículo examina la diferenciación de la oferta programática de las coaliciones electorales conformadas para las elecciones presidenciales argentinas de 2003, 2007 y 2011 empleando la base de datos para América Latina del Manifesto Project y sus índices RILE, socioeconómico, sociocultural y centro-periferia, además de dos nuevos índices que miden la relevancia de las preferencias en materia de política social, integración regional e internacionalismo. Se muestra cómo las distancias entre coaliciones son significativas y crecientes, incluso en asuntos como el medioambiente, la eficiencia administrativa o la capacidad de los partidos para asumir funciones ejecutivas. Esto puede afectar a la auto ubicación ideológica de los electores y a la importancia del voto programático en su comportamiento electoral.This article examines at what extent the electoral coalitions that took part in the Argentina´s presidential elections held in 2003, 2007 and 2011 did offer differentiated political preferences on public policies. It uses the database on South America delivered by the Manifesto Project and the project´s indexes RILE, socioeconomic, sociocultural and territorial. Besides, it offers two new indexes that measure the emphasis on social policies, and on regional integration and internationalism. The piece sheds light on the existing and increasing distances between coalitions, indeed concerning issues such as environmental protection, administrative efficiency and the capacity of parties to accede to executive functions. This differentiation could be influencing the self-positioning of voters on the ideological scale and their voting behaviour, in particular the importance of the programmatic vote.
